Poor service, old bed sheets and pillows. They never return calls or messages. I had an emergency and I contact Victor Norman who's handling our apartment. He read my message and simply ignored it. I highly not recommend this place and if there's a rating less than 1 star, I won't hesitate to give them

Perfectly located apartment with everything clean and working. I was on the top floor and it got pretty hot. I asked about that in the afternoon and when I came back to the apartment in the early evening they had already brought over a fan. Can recommend.

The apartment I rented was just right for a quick visit. Good facilities, though it could get pretty cold in there in the evenings. Staff and agents were professional, friendly and made us feel welcomed. Would recommend.

They offer a great variety of exclusive location. The team was always there when I needed it! Great service which is not always the case in Austria.

The apartments look wonderful. Unfortunately, I will not have the opportunity to stay in one. I tried to book directly with VR and was in touch with a Kristof. He sent me the paperwork to begin the process and then went missing ....for nearly three weeks. This was over the Christmas break but really.....three weeks? To say the least it was a frustrating experience. I had no alternative but to move on to another business to furnish me what I need to spend 3 months working in Vienna.

We rented an apartment in the third district for one week which had an overall high value for the money spent (appr. 60 euro per night). Facilities were clean but apartment smelled if windows not were opened all the time. Noise level was also high because almost no isolation between apartments (luckily the neighbouring apartments kept a low level of sound during nights). Shower was somewhat unstable with a mix of warm and cold even if not touching the controls. There was a kitchen but no basics like soap, oil, salt or pepper available. The real problems started after I left my good review on Airbnb, then Vienna Residence demanded extra 60 euro for one towel which they claimed I lost or damaged. I would avoid renting apartment from them again since you don’t know what can expect in total costs.

The single bedroom apartment was perfect for a short-term business assignment. It's in a fantastic location in the Sachsenhausen neighborhood of Frankfurt. The only negative I would say is that there was no way to hard-wire plug into the internet and that sometimes the wireless connection was weak, even though the wireless repeater was right outside the apartment.
